This is the way he does his “change”. He mentions what he wants, usually with some humor, then later he writes orders for one of his departments to do it. I have watched him do this over and over.

Because he said what he did, I would bet within six months or less, he will write orders that will result in trying to shut down how Fox reports news and those rules will apply to any political speech on the TV and on the web.
