A federal judge has agreed to reopen a lawsuit that seeks to gain access to emails from former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s private server.

Judge Reggie B. Walton’s decision Friday came after the State Department and Judicial Watch, which brought the lawsuit, agreed that the documents that Clinton kept on her own email server separate from the government should be turned over.

Tom Fitton, president of Judicial Watch, told Fox News on Tuesday that the decision is an “extraordinary development.” He said it could ultimately lead to the department having to “explain itself under oath.”

“This is the first case that’s been reopened,” Fitton told The Washington Times. “It’s a significant development. It points to the fraud by this administration and Mrs. Clinton.”

Previously, the court dismissed Judicial Watch’s request, on the grounds that the documents did not exist

I hope that at the beginning of summer, 2016, these same folks are still chasing Killary. Chasing, and the attending press, is a good thing.

Those emails exist somewhere. Probably on a USB flash drive in Huma’s underwear drawer.

Unfortunately, 98% of our pols say “amnesty” is wrong—and then they want to issue some degree of amnesty, such as Cruz’s position to legalize, but not give citizenship to, illegals in the country currently.

By the logic of the first judge that ruled against JW, justice is served if I axe murder every person in NYC and then throw the axe in a metal grinder because the murder weapon no longer exists.

Yepper - and that after they had told you they were coming for the axe that they knew you had...

There is no equality between Bubba’s bimbo eruptions, even withy Monica, and Hillary’s e mail crimes.

National security is at stake with Hillary’s blatant disregard of the communications security.

What is really at stake here is the whole Obama administration being guilty of non .gov e mail use. If Hillary goes, they all by extension go also.

Then there is Obama......... what does he do with his blackberry? Are all his messages on .gov

I’m sure they are not

With the recent slap in the face from King Salman we might just see some embarrassing Hillary e mail leaked. I’m sure there are received e mails not lost by the recipients

I posted the following on my Twitter page:

“Tom Brady refused to turn over 4 or 5 e-mails and is punished. Hillary Clinton deletes 32,000 e-mails, affecting our National Security, and nothing happens.”

I do not believe the Hillary e-mails are lost. They have either been hacked or the people she corresponded with have copies of them. I would not be surprised if they are sucking Hillary into incriminating herself because she thinks the e-mails cannot be reproduced and then they will nail her.
