Prosecutor: No charges for officer in Tony Robinson case

Officer Matt Kenny of the Madison Police Department will not face charges in the March shooting death of biracial teen Tony Robinson, Dane County District Attorney Ismael Ozanne said Tuesday.

"I conclude that this tragic and unfortunate death was the result of a lawful use of deadly police force and that no charges should be brought against Officer Kenny in the death of Tony Robinson Jr.," he said.

"Before announcing his highly-anticipated decision, Ozanne noted his background as the first district attorney of color in the state, then detailed the evidence that led him to the conclusion that Kenny should not be charged."

After a long introduction, the DA came down on the side of the truth, and some of the black population couldn’t stand to hear the truth, that Robinson was a drugged up, wackjob and armed robber (who should never have been out on the streets).

The may or Madison, Paul Soglin, sounds like the old avowed Marxist from the late 60’s, early 70’s who hated the police and the country.

Whenever you have a commie as the mayor, you have a political, economic and social disaster, including NY City (DeBlasio), Detroit (Communist Party member Coleman Young), Oakland (Marxist Ron Dellums and Jan Quan), S.F. (DA Terence Hallinan, CPUSA), San Diego (Rob Filner, red diaper baby, both parents CPUSA organizers in Penn.), etc.

We have arrived at a point where anytime a black male gets shot by the police, regardless of what caused the confrontation, rioting will ensue.The police and white people, in this political climate, can’t win.

Pro-riot factors: Liberal city, with a large population of politically-active students. Increasing number of transplants from Chicago and Milkwaukee, with accompanying criminal tendancies.

Anti-riot factors: What ghettoes there are in Madison tend to be small and fairly mild compared to the ones in larger cities. Also, Wisconsin has a strong hunting tradition, and those of us who were raised here tend to absorb the "if you want it done, do it yourself" attitude, although to varying degrees. (Transplants may or may not pick that up.)
There is also the CC factor. Increasing numbers of Wisconsinites are carrying concealed weapons, and not all of these conform to the stereotype.

My prediction: What trouble does show up will be milder than Baltimore or Ferguson, and it will be very short-lived.

Note the media's complicity in fanning the flames, by referring to the perp as "biracial". Madison is a Leftist college town, so there's lots of hipsters and college brats to draw fodder for the protest lines.
