Will there be riots in extremist liberal Madison?? Will the university burn?

Pro-riot factors: Liberal city, with a large population of politically-active students. Increasing number of transplants from Chicago and Milkwaukee, with accompanying criminal tendancies.

Anti-riot factors: What ghettoes there are in Madison tend to be small and fairly mild compared to the ones in larger cities. Also, Wisconsin has a strong hunting tradition, and those of us who were raised here tend to absorb the "if you want it done, do it yourself" attitude, although to varying degrees. (Transplants may or may not pick that up.)
There is also the CC factor. Increasing numbers of Wisconsinites are carrying concealed weapons, and not all of these conform to the stereotype.

My prediction: What trouble does show up will be milder than Baltimore or Ferguson, and it will be very short-lived.
