I do NOT know the answer to that question.

They should learn the answer to that because a video camera is located in the engineers cab that looks out the front windshield from the cab.

If the window was struck by a rock it still doesn't explain WHY the train INCREASED its speed to over 100 MPH as it approached a 55 to 60 mile an hour curve.

I use all caps on certain words so as to make sure your EYES focus on the import sentences.

ALL CAPS, at least in my case, does NOT mean someone dislikes you or is being condescending by shouting.
