I think a better way to put this is that blacks feel more emboldened to be violent since the Obama DOJ has publicly stated that they will turn a blind eye to prosecution of black criminals. Saying that "blacks are more rebellious" is not only going to trigger leftists to say that conservatives are "racist" because we want to "keep the black man down," but it lends to reasoning that blacks weren't prone to riotous incitement under any previous administration.
The problem with the Obama administration is that they are deliberately sowing racial discord through the use of racist social policy. Whites are working, in general, and we're going out about our day as best we can. Blacks, on the other hand, expected handouts and party favors en masse and got none of them. So here they are simply acting out by lashing out at "whitey" for being gainfully employed, but in reality, the reason why "whitey" is staying afloat is because we're working harder than they are in higher paying jobs and for longer periods of time while blacks are being replaced by illegal laborers from south of the border.
But don't tell that to Sharpton or any of the racist social pimps. It doesn't fit their narrative. The real enemy is government, and until the black community figures that out, they're going to continue to riot.
There are plenty of employed blacks. They work hard and play by the rules same as you and me. The underskilled and unemployable ghetto people (regardless of skin color) are the growing problem. The larger “handicapped” population whose illnesses include high blood pressure and the inability to speak English is another growing problem. These are people who could work but are encouraged by the system not to do so.
I didn’t mean to insinuate that all blacks are unemployed. As a statistic, there are more blacks unemployed compared to the overall black population than there are whites unemployed compared to the same. This is a matter of Obamanomics, hard at work.
The bottom line is that Democrat politics haven’t changed in over 150 years. They’re still trying to keep blacks down. That’s never changed, but don’t ever try to tell them that. They’ll laugh at you.
Name me one General or Flag officer in the last 50 years that was appointed to 4 star rank and the GCS based on solely on their combat record. All President Cruz will do is appoint those that agree with his particular political point of view. In that respect he will be not better or worse than Obama, Bush, Clinton, Bush, Reagan, or Carter. Nothing will change.
The president can jump an officer from lieutenant colonel to any rank. This is not a matter of selecting from whomever is presented as “next in line”. I would expect that some research would be done to find a reasonable pool of eligible candidates. Reagan had a reasonable group of officers to begin with; Bush should have fired all of the Clinton appointees as quickly as possible but then that is all history. It is time to make a clean sweep through several levels.
I think that end is too likely to be pursued.
They didn’t disappear, they’ve been Obama’s secret dove ambassadors to the Taliban for a while now.
