Everyone in our political and judicial institutions knew he was ineligible and said nothing.
Both parties wanted to run ineligible candidates and eviscerate Art. II sec 1.

They all knew he wasn’t eligible. Mccain, Pelosi, Palin, Reid, Boner and many more.....none of them said a word.
The birth certificate is as phony as a 3 dollar bill, but the brilliant deception was not the half assed forgery, but the head fake planted about his birth in Kenya. Of course, he used that line himself when it suited him, but then he have never been known to be honest.
He was born in Hawaii, and may have even been eligible for President, but the reason for his forgery would have prevented him from being elected and the pack of idiots chasing the Kenyan nonsense took the pack away from the quarry and the fox escaped.
The most certainly real story is that he never took the steps to recover his citizenship upon return from Indonesia and used his foreign student status to get into schools that would have otherwise paid no attention to him. He had help, of course, he was selected and groomed by the Muslim Brotherhood and they mastermind every step of the plan including the trail of deception that worked so well.

The fake cert is a diversion. He’s still ineligible even if it weren’t fake. ( and if anyone ever wondered why our founding fathers labored so hard to incorporate a presidential eligibility/ loyalty clause in our constitution, the answer is in plain view now. alas. Pray for America. We have to survive 21 more months of this subversion )
