GREENVILLE, S.C. Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker took shots at President Obamas national security policies at the Citizens United Freedom Summit. Walker mentioned he was on his way to Israel to speak to Benjamin Netanyahu and others during his trip and noted how emotional he becomes when he sees reports of terrorism.
Its something I feel passionate about. You see people are very concerned about safety them selves and their family coworkers and their fellow citizens because of what we see around the world. Not just in the Middle Mast but now we see in other parts of the world. Even here on American soil.
When I watch a Jordanian pilot burned alive in a cage when I see Christians in Egypt and else where in the world shot or beheaded just because of their faith, theres something I feel right here, he said. You feel it in your heart and soul. You dont read about it. National security is something you read about in a newspaper. Safety is something you feel.
You start to worry its not just about something else around the world. Its something that can happen anywhere France, Belgium, and Canada, and Texas. It can happen anywhere in the world,..

After Romney lost the election in 2012, I was one of the first out of the gate trumpeting Cruz.
Soon, I came to the conclusion that Walker was a good conservative and a better candidate - that he had the fight in him (and the scalps) to go the distance and get the votes.
I pity you for a number of reasons, but not due to your support of Walker. Nice try to cover your lie out of context.
I posted the link.
The readers, if they care to, can decide.
I pity you because you called me an Alinskyite, and because you bought into the Huckabee argument of governor superiority. And I do pity you on both of those.
It makes no sense for anyone with a double digit IQ, let alone a triple digit IQ, that I would pity someone for supporting MY SECOND CHOICE. You’re gonna have to up your game dudette.
And truth requires no validation of the ignorant.
You find it impossible to not comment on posters - make it personal - it is “Alinsky” to do that.
If you don’t want to be called on it, don’t do it.
Key question - who would Boehner and McConnell (and the rest of the GOPe) choose? Ted or Walker?
Why should real conservatives follow Boehner’s and McConnell’s “wisdom” in choosing a presidential candidate?
There is enough anti-Ted invective throughout the media and the rest of internet. It is a shame to have to encounter it far too often here on FR of all places!
See tagline.
Worship God not politicians. Walker, Cruz, .... They are all men who have weakness and failure. It’s too early to pick a horse yet. Way too early to start trying to cripple the other horses unless they are utter and complete liberals or RINOs. Nether are so in my opinion your Cruz or none attitude is out of bounds and intellectually lazy in my opinion.
I don't care who Boehner and McConnell would chose.
I know who I choose to turn this around.
Stop with the strawman argument.
I’m a Walker guy, like Cruz too, and I read most threads about both Walker and Cruz.
A common theme on Cruz threads is that there are few attacks on Cruz, from anyone.
A common theme on Walker threads is that there are many attacks on Walker, from the Cruz Contingent.
See tagline.
Stop the BS, I prefer Cruz, but Cruz bots are ruining their and his reputation, there's no reason to go after Walker, Cruz has fewer specifics than he does on almost everything. Yes, I have good reason to prefer Cruz, but you all sound like idiots and do him no favors.
I don’t know about other threads but I know what’s goes down on the Walker threads that I post.
There is a rabid anti-Walker contingent that circles around poking, prodding, insulting and disrupting.
It is pure opposition posting.
Some support Cruz?
Perhaps.
Some support RINOs?
Perhaps.
Some support Democrats?
Perhaps.
But it’s done with malaise and forethought.
Hey!
Thanks!
For me, evidence and record indicates that one is BETTER suited than the other. One plays defense, the other plays offense. This election is too important to politely pretend it isn't true.
When the transcript comes out on the speech discussed in the article I will
see for myself if Walker has taken a solid stand on any important issues. Not one supporter here will talk about substance, shame on you all.
I have made no attack on Walker on this thread, btw.
What did you add to the discussion?
My tag line says who I support. Regardless there's always room for vetting
and comparing each and every candidate. The feel good candidate is Obama
and his empty rhetoric got him elected. I expect much more from our side which is
why I'm asking the hard questions.
I've welcomed Walker supporters to answer a simple question but they've
only replied with sarcasm and vitriolic attacks. They do walker no favors.
I'll find out what's really in that speech when it's in print, I don't
want to see any video, I want print. I don't watch TV either.
I asked a question. Can you answer it? What did you add to the discussion by attacking me?
