The Patriots quarterback, along with locker attendant Jim McNally and equipment assistant John Jastremski are the three people most likely to be disciplined, according to ESPN. The 243-page Wells report found that Brady was "at least generally aware of the inappropriate activities of McNally and Jastremski involving the release of air from Patriots game balls."

ROTFL ya think?

Goodell is painted into a corner because of his handling of “Bounty Gate” with the Saints.

Too bad the MSM isn’t as interested in Hitlery’s ethical violations as they are Tom Brady’s.

Let’s see: Tom Brady won’t turn over his personal e-mail and it is OFF WITH HIS HEAD——NOW!!!
A Regiment of U.S. Government personnel refuse to turn over e-mails involved in huge national and international scandals and that includes the actual deaths of Americans.
“Nothing to see, folks...Just another trumped up over-the-top nonsense by the VAST right wing conspiracy. They are just at it once again.”

From the article: In the report, Wells also noted that Brady refused to turn over his phone and other personal information for investigative purposes. Brady's refusal to help the investigation could end up being one of the big reasons he's hit with a potentially big suspension.

Yup. Brady could have cooperated in ways even beyond turning over his phone...doesn't sound like he had reasons to be cooperative.

A year isn't enough.

Tom Brady could probably give a flying fudge if he gets suspended or not...what does he care?

Btw...all this goes beyond the Colts game...

The Colts had already sent a letter to NFL BEFORE the game in question...

I'm sure the NFL had previous allegations in hand...but lacked gameday evidence...UNTIL the Colts game.

Boston is "Cheater City" when it comes to football. And Brady learned from a master cheater coaching staff.

A year would be beyond idiotic. I understand the symbolic nature of things that requires some level of punishment but 1 year for letting the equipment guy no how he likes the balls?! Just stupid. Especially when the infraction happened in the same year the Vikes and Panther got caught on camera heating the balls and all they got was stern letters.

I predict they come down hard on him and suspend him for most of the preseason.

They want to punish a guy who was “.....generally aware of the inappropriate activities...”?

Gee. How damning. The NFL can GFT. And I’m no fan of Brady or the Patriots.

The reason I know that would be the wrong penalty is that this guy is for it.

Meh.

I have a higher standard than “more probably than not”.

They proved nothing, none of this has any meaning to me at all, and I am not even a Patriots fan, even though I do think they are a talented team.

Contractual agreements probably give him little recourse, but it appears he’s being railroaded based on flimsy evidence.

I am absolutely blown away by the media coverage of Tom Brady and the football deal. I really can't understand why single out just Brady and let Bellichek and Kraft off the hook, if indeed there was some sort of conspiracy going on here.

From what I have seen of the Bell report that can't conclusively prove anything, it's speculation on what happened.

Also the part in the report where they conclude that the guy handling the footballs somehow was able to juggle 13 footballs and deflate them in about 100 seconds defies reality to me. Can that be done in the atmosphere of getting ready for a playoff game? You will have to prove it to me.

Nonsense. Ask the alphabets if they want to show a game without one of the top three quarterbacks in the game.

Brady probably has a few hundred mil in the bank, has a super-model wife that probably makes more than he does ... exactly why does Tom need the NFL? If NFL HQ drops anything larger than a nasty letter on Brady, he gives them the middle finger on his way out the door into a retirement we can only dream of.
