With every new comment Carson shows why he has no business in the race.
I was thinking the same thing.
Apparently he studied and understood this issue about as well as he did 2A initially. Expect backpedalling soon.
He talks like a conservative sometimes. But he is for gun control and he keeps race baiting and saying things like this. He is not honestly even a Republican, let alone a conservative.
Too often he uses “safe” words....like maybe, and perhaps etc. he doesn’t come down solid.
I do think it’s good he’s in the race but he cannot win.
I would say that Carson is inspiring and a fine man in many ways. But he seems to get tongue tied too often. He’s a fine man but can we ask, is he really presidential material?
Not being allowed to possess semiautomatic weapons was strike 1
This is strike 2
The brain surgeon doesn’t understand even basic economics
next.
Buh, bye, Ben.
Dr.Carson is a fantastic neurosurgeon and person. But I don’t know what he’s doing running for President. I’d take Herman Cain , any day!

Yep. None.
I really love Dr. Carson, but I think you are correct, FRiend...
Get well soon, Carson.
I agree with you. Carson is not ready for the Candy Crowleys of the left, nor will he ever be. A child reporter could bait Carson into saying something unhelpful and probably illogical. Carson’s problem is that he is too candid, speaks with no filter, no nuance or rhetorical nimbleness. His campaign manager has Carson overexposed way too early. He may already be operating on less than full capacity due to fatique.

Ben’s a very appealing human being, and fundamentally conservative, but he hasn’t thought through the conservative philosophy well enough to understand that much of what he seems to advocate off the cuff is simply not consistent with conservative, individual rights, small-government, free market principles. His advocacy of essentially forced vaccination is a good example of that inconsistency.
I like Ben, and would vote for him against Hillary (and probably wouldn’t vote for Jeb), but I don’t think he’s ready for prime time.
Maybe his handlers haven’t informed Carson that price controls (minimum wage) isn’t a conservative position, as if a conservative would need to be told.
Show this man some mercy & dignity. Tell him to leave the race.
Evidently he’s OK with higher unemployment and the status quo for government benefits.
Carson is very soft spoken. But he needs to go further and shut up. Every time he opens his mouth, he puts his foot in it. I was initially very impressed with the man, but too many of his utterances are not ready for prime time. He might make a good HHS Secretary.

Such a rookie mistake.
Carson is a brilliant neurosurgeon, but he is outside his sphere of competency.
Ayup. I used to oppose him for President because he lacks experience. Now I'm not sure I'd vote for him for much of anything.
