Hot Air's membership seems to have a large plurality, if not majority of liberals. The liberal trolls are able to run the message boards there. It's disgusting.
FreeRepublic's troll policy is the best I've seen, although not perfect, e.g, Pro-Putin FRussians who post here frequently.
