Most videos cut off right after he is supposedly “dragged” and “limp”. This video shows him afterwards clearly standing on his own two legs cursing at the police at the 2:23 mark... then he bent over and walked forward into the back of the van.

He could even stand a second or two on his own with a bad back injury because in many cases folks in an accident with bad back injuries have been known to walk or stagger for help unassisted.
I stand by my theory that he was injured prior to being assisted into the van.
At any rate, the jerky video is not 100% clear as to the state of his body at any time....and the perp's defense can drive a van through the prosecutor's conclusions of any sort gleaned from the tape.
No evidence-supported conclusion on whether he was catastrophically hurt before or after being loaded into the vehicle is important because "no conclusion" of where he was injured will seriously pull the rug out from under SA Marilyn Moby Dork's definitive assertion he was killed by something happening INSIDE the van.
The more all her assertations can be questioned, thrown doubt on, or de-bunked, the better for the 6 officers.
