Voters are going to the polls across the country to decide who will form the next government.

Polling stations opened at 7am and close at 10pm in the United Kingdom's 650 constituencies.

Interesting that the UKIP was 2nd in 2 of the first 3 Labour Holds

My wife is looking over my shoulder as I watch the results (BBC).
The question she has is: Is the UKIP as close to what we as FReepers stand for in UK politics?

There is an interesting theory here that Labor's collapse in Scotland, after rejection of the Scotland independence referendum, is due to the white working class turning on it over the Rotherham and related sex scandals. What rings true is the British social class nature of the theory.

that they are basically a 2-issue party.
