To: Timber Rattler

Family member recently went to work for WF as teller. She says it is true that employees are pressed to fill quotas...or, talk customers into “upgrading,” as she puts it. Employees are to get 3 upgrades or new accounts (get customers to add stuff to account, like credit cards, debit cards, etc., per day.

Three upgrades per day! Three per week...maybe. But three per day, that's asking an awful lot. I think I'd rather be a WalMart greeter.

I dealt with one pissed of woman when I closed my WF checking account a few years ago.
