Even if the cops were guilty as sin, any prosecutor willing to jump the gun like this and put out charges w/o serious looking at the evidence should face disciplinary action and be sanctioned and removed from the case.

This case smells to high heaven and that 0bama’s DOJ feces are smeared all over this case.

Let it go to trial. If they're guilty they'll be convicted, and if not then they'll be acquitted. Cops have the same right to a trial as anyone else. I'm not automatically saying that the cops are innocent like most of the so-called conservatives on this site, but if they're tried and acquitted I'll be happy too. Cops get away with a lot - especially here in ga, and bringing their actions into a court room seems the best way to determine if they're really guilty of something or not. I'm sure I don't know from all of the claims what happened.

To the people of Baltimore, and the demonstrators across America: I heard your call for 'No justice, no peace.' ... To the youth of this city: I will seek justice on your behalf. ...

The prosecutor is unambiguously condoning mob justice. Can lynching be far behind?

Let’s say they do kick the can down the road to 2016. Let’s say the six police officers are acquitted. Let’s say, they disadvantaged yutes of the city riot in not only Baltimore but in several Black Democrat cities. Let’s say, the Democrat nominee, Hillary Clinton blames the rioting on the Republicans and by extension, to their nominee, Jeb Bush. The question is, will Jeb make an attempt to rebut the accusation or will he just capitulate similar to what McCain did in 2008.

End results of generational bitter roots

Ephesians 4:31
Get rid of all bitterness, rage and anger, brawling and slander, along with every form of malice.

Amos 5:7
There are those who turn justice into bitterness and cast righteousness to the ground.

Man, I thought I had seen/heard of jack boot licking, but this takes the cake.

Pat, you are a disgusting piece of trash and I’m sorry I ever thought highly enough of you to have bought and read your books in the past.

I’m not sure what Kaslin said that so incensed you, since the points he made are completely in line with what facts are known at this time.

The opinion that this prosecutor over reached in her charges is supported by other prosectuors, defense attorneys and judges who have commented. Expect that many, if not most of these charges will be dismissed at the probable cause hearing.

See when Pat says “The battle lines have been drawn upon which the “War On Cops” issue will be fought out in 2016” the “cops are scum” crowd here at FR really go ballistic.

Because their rhetoric puts them in the same realm as the brick throwing - CVS burning - toilet paper looting thugs in Baltimore. And they know it.

So - Pat is a bootlicker.

This racist idiot was so quick to charge 6 cops, she somehow got 2 of their names completely wrong.

Thanks for the insight. It’s a shame that some have such a negative opinion of people who give their lives so that we can live in peace and safety.

My best friends son who died in the line of duty, was one of the best guys you could ever hope to know. He volunteered to work with youth, was a part of the big brother program, special olympics, and was active in church. He worked with the local school superintendent to put together a program that gave young black males in our community mentors. This program prevented the gang recruitment that had ruined so many youths in towns around us.

“True, as Freddie had a legal knife, he had committed no crime and should not have been arrested.”

Turns out that the knife is illegal. Spring assisted.

Has anyone mentioned the possibility that Freddie had a seizure in the van?

Flailing around could have been the result of a seizure.

Is there some kind of test to show that he had a seizure?
