Evil and incompetent
what a bunch of Progressive idiots. Not only was it a rush to judgement of epic proportions and political grandstanding on a breathtaking level, Mosby charged the wrong people, under the wrong names, wrong birth dates and wrong addresses. This sent the vultures from the media and others to the homes of innocent people who have now had their lives turned upside down and have had to hire counsel to get the matter handled. Way to go Mosby
if she is this incompetent in charging those involved, think how shell handle the rest of the case and further developments in Baltimore. I hope those wrongfully charged sue the city for all its worth and win.

Numerous civil suits to follow....
"...anybody get the number of cases this incompetent boob has lost because of the train wreck she is.."
"I bet this falls apart within a couple of weeks because the prosecutor is as dumb as the criminals shes supposed to be going after."
This is what happens when people are elected or put into positions not based on their qualifications.
Another affirmative action disaster.
I heard that she has never even Prosecuted a murder case before.
I think the charges against these six cops were prepared in advance and just held in abeyance until the police report was delivered to this wet-behind-the-ears, green, inexperienced, politically-bent prosecutor. She pulled the trigger faster than water runs off a tin roof. She was prepped and loaded for bear before she even knew what had happened in this arrest.
Mosby will lose this one, just like the Florida prosecutor lost the George Zimmerman case, because she doesn't have the evidence to back up her "overcharges". Some will say I am speculating on this point, but you can see almost identical behavioral characteristics in the videos playbacks of the Florida prosecutor and this Baltimore prosecutor's demeanor and actions in their charging press conferences. Both wanted to make a name for themselves. Both appeased the riot mobs. Both bowed to political pressure without objectively analyzing the facts present in the investigative reports.
A more objective, methodical public prosecutor would have waited until they had reviewed and analyzed the facts presented in the police reports and decided on the likelihood of a conviction, instead of trying making themselves look good to the media and the mob....but then I repeat myself.
None, as she has been in office for less than six months. This is the first major case she's been associated with, and does *NOT* augur well for the law-abiding citizens of Baltimore (if there are actually any left in town)...

And as a result the Left will undertake changes to the justice system that to make it easier for prosecutors to make the kinds of mistakes this one has made and will make, and make it more difficult for the innocent to defend themselves.
Remember, Hillary didn't want Nixon to be allowed access to council during the Watergate proceeding. She is not alone in her views.
This case will probably be the highest profile one of her career in this office and she blew it even before you could say Monica Lewinsky.
Didn't seem to hurt her subsequent career though. Liberals love liars and losers.
Well, that depends on what your definition of "none" is.
I'm pretty sure she fired a prosecutor or two that had been working hard on convictions of murderers, and the accused went free because of the inexperienced newbies sent in at the last minute to take over.
One of the prosecutors was fired because Mosby saw him chatting with a person on Mosby's political grievance list at some event, according to reports.
I guess that may explain why she doesn’t seem to know the definition of second degree murder. It is still a mystery why she couldn’t be bothered to familiarize herself with the Baltimore City code on spring assisted knives. She has already screwed up royally and I predict she won’t be reelected.
The poster I responded to was asking about cases lost due to *incompetence*. What *you* have described is malice, which is a different kettle of fish, so to speak.
That said, a prosecutor who is *both* incompetent, and malicious, needs to be removed even more assuredly than one which is only one or the other...

I’m guessing Mosby went to the same school as Harff?
Sounds like a thorough parallel investigation to me!
What the hell, she should go ahead and charge those arbitrary people too, for good measure. That way she won’t have to admit making a mistake. s/
