Earlier today the police approached a man on the street in Baltimore suspected of carrying a firearm. Before the police could reach him the man took off running. During the pursuit the suspects handgun either fell, or was dropped, as he fled. The suspects gun went off when it hit the ground. Fortunately no-one was hit by the discharge. The man was tackled by the chasing officers and then, out of an abundance of caution, transported via ambulance.
No police officer fired their weapons. No-one was shot. The only firearm discharge was from the fleeing suspect as his firearm hit the ground.
Now watch this video of how a female “eye-witness”, injected her perception of the event, and quickly reported it to the media and enraged the community. Passionate, angry, tearful and adamant about what she witnessed.

It’s ok to lie about the cops and cause more shootings on cops from the left wing scum and a couple on here who like to shout boot lickers and can’t even say say RIP for dead cops because of their vile hatred for law and order due to their ignorance and stupidity.

God help all our police officers. They are so unfairly maligned by people who take the safety they provide for granted. We couldn’t even lie down at night and sleep if it weren’t for these dedicated men and women. I’m ready to see some organized events in a show of support for all law enforcemnt in this country.
I just sat and cried watching the officers lined up as their fallen officer’s body was being taken from the hospital today. It is truly heartbreaking. My best friends son was a police officer who died in the line of duty, so my heart goes out to his family and the NYPD.
All that is missing is ‘That Boy had his hands up, the Universal Sign of Surrender. .’
She needs an award, the “..and he died..” scene is priceless. We need to come up with award categories for these events.

You’re right. Somehow some people in this country did not learn respect for authority. I don’t understand that way of thinking. I have never had an encounter with a police officer that was not a positive one. I daresay most law abiding citizens can say the same. I think the difference is in how we were raised and the values we were taught. If I or my brothers had ever direspected a teacher, a police officer, or for that matter any adult, we would have been taken to the wood shed. I thank God for my upbringing.

Cops have helped my wife when she ran out of gas. they went to the gas station for her and actually paid for enough gas to get her to the gas station. They have helped to get rid of a guy who threatened to blow the heads off the neighbors. They also check on child molesters and have got a phone back which one of my kids lost.
I can only assume those who come out with childish names like boot lickers are the ones who keep getting speeding tickets, well that or their wife ran off with a cop.
They have more on common with the occupy crowd and anarchists who riot at a WTO event.

If I was to venture a guess, and a educated one at that, I would say 65%-75% of Policemen are Conservative Republicans. That same percentage are for concealed carry and smaller government. They despise handouts and affirmative action, especially Coppers who are employed in big city departments.
The majority are religious and have a wayyyyy smaller arrest rate than the general public. Of course there are a few bad apples, but the overwhelming majority are good people, OUR kind of people.
Maybe it’s some sexual frustration thing, like a Freudian oral fascination. (smirk)
