Another attempt to blackmail tax payers into pouring still more money into the bottomless pit of ghetto culture. The truth is that since LBJ initiated his disastrous War on Poverty, over 16 Trillion tax dollars have failed to end poverty. In fact, there are more poor than ever. Insanity is doing the same thing over and over while expecting a different result.

That is what will happen. The blacks will be tossed over for the new permanent voter base. Latinos. They are just being used right now for a goal.

It's called getting off your barack arse and getting the eff to work!

Want jobs back? Tell your reps to get busy deporting illegals and immediately scrap any amnesty plans.

Here’s an idea.

disband the Baltimore police. Fire them all. Let the citizens elect new officials and write new rules for policing, arrests and incarceration.

I’m very interested to see the result.

What Smiley's suggesting here is known as a "Protection Racket." Or is it just plain old extortion?

That sure is a nice city you have there. We sure don't want anything bad to happen to it, now do we?

Dear Tavis,

Have you ever heard of a fellow named Royal Meeker? You see, Royal had a great idea back when Woodrow Wilson was President. Here is the gist of his thought,

Regarding Minimum Wage:

“It is much better to enact a minimum-wage law even if it deprives these unfortunates of work… better that the state should support the inefficient wholly and prevent the multiplication of the breed than subsidize incompetence and unthrift, enabling them to bring forth more of their kind.” - Royal Meeker, U.S. Commissioner of Labor, under Woodrow Wilson

You see Tavis, it is the progressive left that has created this pseudo-poverty. In fact, Royal suggested the minimum wage to actually keep the “unfortunates” from obtaining work. He strongly advocated the we, the tax payer, see to their entire care! Even unto preventing “them” from breeding more of their kind.

So, I am really quite skeptical regarding all this talk lately about something the progressives are calling “the living wage.” If you read Royal’s statement closely, he advocates that we stop, yes stop, subsidizing incompetence. I agree on that point, paying a person more than they are worth does neither party any favors. A little pinch and pain are good for the soul and the industrious person.

From the Humane Society website:

“Wild animals who depend on people for food can cause injuries or spread disease. When wild animals gather for food handouts, it can cause crowding and competition. These unnatural conditions increase the chances of fighting and injury among animals. It can also increase the spread of diseases, some of which may be transmitted to pets and humans.”

Unfortunately animals get more respect than human beings.

Hey Martin O’Malley ?

YOU MADE THAT MESS IN BALTIMORE !

YES, YOU, YOU OWN THAT !

MARTIN YOUR THE ONE WHO HELPED CREATE THAT CULTURE AND CLIMATE OF TENSIONS IN BALTIMORE BETWEEN THE POLICE AND THE BLACK PEOPLE BECAUSE OF YOUR OVER POLICING POLICES AND RECLASSIFIYING PETTY CRIMES TO MORE SERIOUS CRIMES.

AND NO, I am not giving the thugs in Baltimore a excuse from their actions either.

The real culprits in all of this are the decades of Democrat political corruption.

“Sunday on CBS’s “Face the Nation,” PBS host Tavis Smiley said “uprisings and riots” are the “new normal” and “will happen a lot more” unless America addresses poverty in the inner city which he said is becoming a national security problem.”

Hey Tavis. Want America to address poverty in the inner city? Here is how to do it. 1) Lock all the criminals away for life. 2)Make sure kids have fathers at home. 3)Get rid of liberals. They caused this problem.

Drugs will bring on poverty, violence and high crime rate....the black community is full of it.....so it's not about poverty, nor education, or any of the other things they're using as excuses.

Why would anybody put industry or businesses in an area when the people fry their brains on a daily....they don't work because they've cooked their brains!

Businesses should hire these people because?????

Well Tavis Smiley, you can take your threat and stuff it up your backside.

In all seriousness, for what you and your people (lib leeches) have done and continue to do to my country, your tribe can go live in cardboard boxes and eat from dumpsters for all I care.

We conservatives do not riot, regardless of what color of our skin we may have, BUT IF WE EVER DO...................

Talk to your Brobama as he imports more poor latinos and arabs to take what job opportunities you may have. Oh, and by the way, keep on burning your own nests so companies stay away with their jobs. Also, keep insisting more money thrown at the failed public schools so the kids learn nothing worth hiring.

You black folks are killing your own futures. I've been taxed all my life since LBJ to give you money. Seems you've done nothing with decades of trillions of dollars, except still claim poverty and want money.

You may also want to tell your Sharptons and Jacksons to quit blaming whitey and start preaching for black men to support their own children, financially and emotionally. You will be surprised at such an effort. Also, tell your "baby mamas" to keep their damn legs closed or use birth conrol. Ever heard of the pill?

It doesn’t appear that any of those urban jungle dwellers are willing to dig ditches-or do any other work, unlike young people out here in BFE-the contractor I work for/with would never be able to find laborers/helpers if he lived and hired in the city...

The economic situation out here sucks-has since Obama took office-no more tourists in summer, no snowbirds spending the winter-and money-here because they can’t afford the gas for the RV, so everyone has to take what little work we can get-farm/ranch hand, tiny construction jobs-like moi, etc. There are no fast food joints, no chain retail-only small family owned stuff, and that is fine.

This rural area is racially/ethnically mixed-equally Latino and Anglo, with some Blacks, a few Asians and a few people of Indian/Pakistani descent.

There are no riots, looting, burning, or excuses for any of the above-we help each other any way we can out here because times are tough, but if someone won’t work, then that someone won’t eat-maybe the cities should try a little rural redneck tough love...
