Those aren’t “hiding,” they are just “securing.”

I've noticed a lot of similar incidents being reported lately. Most likely it's due to global warming...er, I mean climate change. Choppier waters on lakes, and all that.

That’s not “hiding” a gun! I can think of many better ways. I have used the steering wheel shaft holster forty five years ago from the old “Horseman’s Scrapbook” in Western Horseman.

LOL! Not the saddle horn holster? Yeah, it was more of a “mounting” options thing than a hide your gun thing. They were pretty obvious in some of the pics. And obviously some of them were tongue in cheek to say the least.

I’ve found that the breech of a 155mm howitzer to be an excellent hiding place. No one ever thinks to look there.

On the one I used it fits under the dash and on the steering column.

Alas, it only worked on the older pre-1974 trucks where the column goes below the dash.

Now I just keep it out of sight in many places, but NEVER out of mind.

Meh. No problemo. I’ve been hearing about “ghost” guns so maybe that’s what we need to get. :>}
