I recall very well some years ago a landlord in a New York City housing court being fined big money because on several visits by inspectors the hallways in one of his buildings was strewn with trash. Leaving aside the issue that in all likelihood, the landlords big mistake was not paying off the inspectors like everybody else, his defense was that he paid a superintendent to pick up what trash the man could in addition to his other duties, and once a week on Saturdays he paid a crew to come in and clear the hallways and clean up. But the moment theyd leave, more trash always began to accumulate.
The judge didnt care, because, as he put it, the tenants had a right to expect a better environment in the building they occupied.
The landlord nodded in resignation but asked the judge if he could ask him a question.
The judge said yes, and the landlord asked him, Judge, if they have the right to expect a better environment, how come they keep trashing it?
And thats exactly the case in any wider discussion of inner-city problems. Its not lack of resources; its that everything has been trashed, and no matter how often or how much money you spend cleaning it up, the trash immediately begins to accumulate again.

This story is true in every urban situation. Socialism is destructive and people succumb to it.
How about: If you leave your trash outside your door - you will no longer have a place to live.
So, he’ll put up with the trashers .. because he’d rather have the money.
The animals that lived there would throw the shitted up diapers out the windows.
I had to build an overhang to protect my crews from that.
DISGUSTING LOW LIFE PIGS!!!
They got expensive sneakers and $200 hair-dos, gold jewelery. Looks like they’re doing okay to me.
Recently I was at Walmart looking at diapers and there was an opened pack and a folded up dirty diaper on the shelf next to it. I would bet my SS check it was a black woman.
My sister used to work at a grocery store with a lot of black customers and there were always opened diaper packs. I have seen dirty diapers discarded in store parking lots. A lot of black people really aren’t civilized.
The government prevents him from throwing out the destroyers.
Wigs, treads, and chains were all stolen during the looting.
And we, in rural areas, are outnumbered by the urban areas. I am constantly reminded that Obama won Ohio in ‘12 14 Counties out of 88.
Van Jones was on CNN saying we needed not only equal opportunities, but equal OUTCOMES. WTH? They always want more, on that you can rely.
And I didn’t see any ‘rage’ of the downtrodden.. they looked as happy as could be looting and getting some free stuff.
On the Sunday shows, they were all excited and spoke as if a sudden ephifany has been experienced and now things are finally going to get better. They have found the problem, and the problem is the police. Ok fine, tie the hands of the police and these neighborhoods will heal themselves. Problem is what happens when that doesn’t work or as I expect, things will get worse.
One lady went on about food deserts and such and ask why there was a CVS but no grocery store? duh...Who will build a grocery store there now? The underclass has organized via social media on thier Obama phones flash mobs and purge events where they can flood a retail business and create mayhem, thereby creating an oppurtunity to steal. Who wants to invest in these areas?
From the Humane Society website:
Wild animals who depend on people for food can cause injuries or spread disease. When wild animals gather for food handouts, it can cause crowding and competition. These unnatural conditions increase the chances of fighting and injury among animals. It can also increase the spread of diseases, some of which may be transmitted to pets and humans.
“... prevents HIM ...”
Who is HIM ..?? And, what do you mean by destroyers ..?? (is that the rioters) ..??
HIM is ANY landlord. Renters have more rights than a landlord today.
Destroyers are what I call anyone that is not a productive contributor to society. It’s “dogwhistle”, really for the sort of people that rip open packages of diapers in the aisles in Wal*Mart then leave on the shelf the shit-filled one from their illegitimate spawn, which are destined to repeat the “circle of life” when they start breeding at 14.
You see, it’s pretty simple. On one side there are Producers, Makers, and Creators.
On the other side are the Consumers, Takers, and Destroyers.
Got it!! Thanks.
