The Liberals aren't going to blame themselves and their own decades of failed policies and racism and are instead blaming the flaccid GOP for not shoveling enough money at it. After all, the $22 Trillion thrown at the Great Society is a mere pittance according to them, just a down payment on reparations.
The hapless GOP on the other hand is too terrified of being called "racist" to admit the War on Poverty is lost and we need to pull out, now, before the entire country drowns in red ink, rioting, and the fatal subversion of the Constitution and Rule of Law.
