Even after all the problems that these Christian business owners have had, I question if theyve ever heard of their 14th Amendment protections.
More specifically, regardless of PC, pro-gay interpretations of the Constitutions Equal Projections Clause, the states have never amended the Constitution to expressly protect the so-called right to gay marriage. And Section 1 of 14A prohibits the states from making laws / policies which unreasonably abridge constitutionally enumerated freedoms. But misguided, pro-gay activist states are violating Section 1 by unthinkingly using constitutionally unprotected gay rights to trump constitutionally enumerated rights, the 1st Amendment protected rights of religious expression in these cases.

Just wanted to post you're absolutely right, but I don't think the left or their plants on the Supreme Court care. Freedom of religion is a constitutionally enumerated right. It's EXPRESSLY protected. Homosexual "marriage" is NOT an enumerated right. This is exactly why constitutional amendments were passed to do such things like give women the right to vote. If the constitution doesn't expressly grant a power to the federal government, the federal government has no legal or moral authority to act. Every federal judge who rules in favor of homosexual marriage is a lawbreaker deserving impeachment!
