Who Is Donta Allen? Baltimore Man In Custody With Freddie Gray Refutes Police Account

“Yes, in a nut shell, the real witness is in jail. So now the bigger question is why did the Deputy DA tell CNN that Allen is really the guy that was in the van with Gray? Obviously the Deputy DA would have known the real witness is in jail. Also, why would the Deputy DA set her girlfriend reporter up to do an interview with Allen, knowing he is not the 38 year old witness who is still in jail? IT ALL STINKS!”

I guess the prosecutor is using this man to gin up the thugs against the police. I guess she figures by the time it goes to trial no one will remember this story and they can pretend they didn't have anything to do with this false narrative. I guess they want us to believe that it's only a coincidence that the reporter is the girlfriend to Mosby’s female investigator.

The prosecutor also lied about the knife. The best I can tell, the knife is illegal in Baltimore and the police had the right to arrest him.
