I think he has her in a catch-22.

“Gowdy has Clinton on the horns of a dilemma now. If she refuses to swear she turned over all relevant emails and she destroyed the server the legal presumption is cause for discovery and consequently she is guilty of tampering with evidence. If she swears under oath there were no more emails of relevance she admits that there were more emails just none relevant but this contradicts her representation who denied any more emails existed period in the other cases.
“The public doesn’t have to follow this logic. All they have to ask is why is Hillary unwilling to swear under oath what she insists is the truth and expects us to believe. Her attempt to demonize the Gowdy investigation collapses as well since he is being more than reasonable and gracious with his offer of respecting her word.
“She can’t agree or disagree with Gowdy - either way she hangs for prejury and/or tampering with evidence.”
