President Barack Obama announced that he has no intention of appearing in Baltimore, Md., the city 43 miles from his White House residence which has been besieged by violent riots in the wake of the April 19 death of Freddie Gray.
Obama said he may visit Baltimore “once things clear up.” For now, though, he believes he should stay away because of the tense atmosphere and the massive police presence combating rioters.
The president made the statement on Wednesday morning during in an interview on “The Steve Harvey Morning Show,” according to CNN.
In the interview, Obama also condemned the high level of violence seen in Baltimore in recent days, calling the violence and looting “counterproductive.”
“The kind of violence, looting, destruction that we saw from a handful of individuals in Baltimore, there’s no excuse for that,” the president told Harvey. “That’s not a statement. That’s not politics. That’s not activism. It’s just criminal behavior.”
He addressed what he believes are the root causes of the rioting in the interview as well.
“If you send police officers into those situations where the drug trade is the primary economy and you say to them basically your job is to contain that and arrest kids and put them in jail when those police officers know [it’s not going to fix things], then it’s not surprising you end up with a situation of enormous tension between those communities and those police officers,” Obama opined.
Obama’s solution to the plague of violence in Baltimore is to build a huge, cradle-to-grave government apparatus to watch over people. He called for “a political movement” to assist people in poor communities from the time they are born which would include early childhood education, infrastructure spending and new drug sentencing laws.
In lieu of visiting riot-torn Baltimore on Wednesday, Obama dropped in for a surprise visit at a Teasim cafe. Teaism is a small chain of Asian-inspired restaurants in the Washington, D.C. area hawking tea as “art and love” — “not just commerce.” Menu items include golden monkey tea and lavender lemon mint tea as well as kale salad, a grass-fed burger and a handful of bento boxes.
A Time reporter, Zeke Miller, was at the restaurant. He attempted to report the event using his mobile phone and an app called Periscope. However, the effort fizzled when Obama demanded that Miller stop filming and Miller complied.
I sure can’t provide evidence to prove my assertion, but I believe that Obama was on the phone (and email/texts) with the Baltimore bimbo mayor and giving her instructions on how he wanted the riot handled.

Not holding back one bit. Milwaukee County Sheriff David Clarke says O is “quietly enjoying” what’s going on in Baltimore because he’s a ‘promoter of division’ and has ‘benefitted politically’ from ‘dividing’ people.
Sheriff Clarke points out all the times President Obama has pitted one group of Americans against another. He also questions why Obama didn’t come out and speak about the Baltimore riots earlier. He was interviewed here on the Mark Levin Show

The level of corruption is so high right now it is like Saul Alinsky is running the White House.
Alinsky, the radical activist who wrote Rules for Radicals, which he dedicated to Satan, taught the radical left to use dishonest tactics in order to achieve their agenda – “by any means necessary.” He advocated lying and harassing those with opposing viewpoints. Both Obama and Hillary Clinton were deeply influenced by Alinsky. Alinsky biographer Sanford Howitt has said Obama's 2008 election campaign was influenced by Alinsky, and that Obama followed in his footsteps as a community organizer.
Alinsky's son David wrote in an article that appeared in the Boston Globe, “Obama learned his lesson well. I am proud to see that my father’s model for organizing is being applied successfully beyond local community organizing to affect the Democratic campaign in 2008. It is a fine tribute to Saul Alinsky as we his approach his 100th birthday.” Obama revealed a few years ago that his years training as a community organizer at Alinsky's Industrial Areas Foundation, “gave him the best education of his life.” He has quoted Alinsky in speeches.
He never looks back at the destruction he causes.

He could have calmed things down—the blacks respect Obama—but is her there? I bet he really isn’t black—its all just make-up.

It would be awkward to have to control the “protesters” and subdue them for “The Won’s” visit - ironic too.
Of course not. He supports them. The mayor spoke to 0bama the 1st afternoon of riots. She then waited 5 hours to call in NG.
0bama told her to allow the rioting and looting. She’s just reading and memorizing her script/texts.
He wants race riots. He wants his black foot soldiers. He wants a national security force-of NOI, Crips, Bloods, etc. Maybe ISIS. Imported Muslims and Hispanics who don’t speak English.
He wants Whites dead. S. Africa is his model.
Baltimore needs as mayor, Toya Graham,,the mother that took his son from the mob.
Facts are irrelevant for Anarchists, Communists, professionals agitators and "community organizers" followers of Marxist Saul Alinsky's "Rules for Radicals" strategy.
According to the FBI in 2011, 193 blacks were killed by whites, 448 White killed by Blacks while 2,447 blacks were killed by blacks. That is 2.3 times more whites killed by blacks than the other way around despite the fact that there’s six times as many whites in this country.
Do Black lives really matter? How many of the parents of Blacks murdered by Blacks received a call of Obama or send his personal representative to the funeral?
He’s probably afraid the rioters will stop rioting to catch a glimpse of his awesomeness if he shows up. Can’t have that.
Frankly, 0bama hasn’t actually done jack for urban blacks. Except talk.
