It's commonly known among thugs to create injury and or make cops shoot leaves them opportunity to gain monetarily via law suits...even if nothing at all happened....to even say so means litigation, attorneys fees etc. so they settle...bingo it's payday!....and Ol’ Freddie was well acquainted with law suits with the crowd he hung with.
It would not be the first time a prisoner slammed his head against the inside of a transport vehicle after being arrested.
But nobody will ever believe it was an accident.
I can believe it....you’d be surprised what injuries you can do to the body when in handcuffs and leg cuffs while trying to create injuries to yourself by banking your body around an enclosed vehicle.....especially since you know you can sue and settle for some fast payout. A spinal injury doesn’t necessarily mean he broke his neck either.
Look this guy was for years well familiar with the tricks of the gangs he hung with and played them himself. I put nothing past this man....(BTW he isn’t a kid as they keep trying to make him out to be).....he had plenty of exposure to all the tricks of the trade when it comes to dealing with police. ...most of the thugs do.

nothing new......back in 1975 a poor little 22 yo white boy,me,was arrested in Ft Laud, beach side, for willful and wonton reckless driving after leaving the Ocean Mist.
Car was towed and later found out to be trashed,I was handcuffed,put in a van and drove around for a while, being bounced around inside that thing like a pin-ball.I asked the cops WTF was going on,I will never forget what they said”your the only thing right now,hang on”.
Good thing I was plastered and young or would probably been dead too.

How about the guy (Gray) was having a SEIZURE.
If your spine was partially severed .. that possibility was probably the most accurate assumption you could make.
All the video I’ve seen shows Gray UNABLE TO WALK - proving he WAS INJURED PRIOR TO BEING PLACED IN THE VAN.
And .. those policemen who are protecting the person who took gray down during the chase is the most likely person who injured Gray. However, that does not mean it was a malicious hit .. maybe the training needs to be adjusted to avoid such an injury in the future.
Plus, how would the other person in the van possibly know Gray was “banging his head” against the partition .. since the other person COULD NOT SEE GRAY.

My first thought was: “I wonder how much the cops are paying this joker to make up this story?”.
