President Barack Obama has spoken with Baltimore Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake about the ongoing rioting situation in Baltimore. President will "provide assistance as needed."

Firefighters are responding to a CVS store on Pennsylvania Avenue and North Avenue after smoke is seen coming from inside the store. It is the same store looting was seen earlier in the day.

I ran into the same thing in Columbia, SC, in 2012.
Tourists might still stop off for a few hours at Fort McHenry, but otherwise forget Baltimore.
So is Hogan meeting his responsibility, or is he trying to court inner-city voters?
I’m afraid though that the majority of the American people will always believe in Obama, no matter what.
