It’s a case of Cruel and Unusual Punishment. Who buys a wedding cake for $135,000 from a small business bakery? Not only that, that’s multiplying the expense of mine and many others’ entire wedding receptions! FTR, I don’t even feel that someone who would refuse service to me deserves to be charged that much.
Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.

The fine is utterly absurd. It should have been $500. What pain or suffering have they gone through? They’re heroes to their side, plus they got a cake and got married, IIRC.
