WASHINGTON — A U.S. Senate staffer is facing a federal charge after court documents say he bought drugs from China with the intent to exchange them for sexual favors.
Senate staffer Fred W. Pagan is facing the federal charge of possession with intent to distribute after court documents say he shipped drugs in from China.
Pagan is a staffer for Sen. Thad Cochran, R-Mississippi.

Ayotte, Lamar and Cochran all had problems wit staffers.Senator Graham probably uses a more "hands on" approach.Maybe Lindsey Graham has some trick to keep them in line.
He was intending to use the drugs on his targets.
He can’t say this because it makes him look worse than just being some guy who wanted to get laid. Strangely, someone who just wants to get laid looks more moral than someone planning to rape a dozen people without remaining, intact memories.
There was a democrat staffer who was drugging and raping women too, but he was let off the hook after some guy friend of a victim found him and beat him up. I guess this is now a trend with young men who don’t want to be bothered with wining and dining.
Thank You haley barbour, your other pet Senator roger wicker arranged to get RSNC money to be spent for ads calling Conservatives racist and wicker’s staffer was the payoff guy for buying democrat votes for cochran. To hell with cochran, wicker, barbour and their instate spokesman,apologist and representative josepf nosef.
WOW! so obvious now. and it will be so to the prosecutor. he is done. and Heaven help him if this isn’t the first time. and girls come forward.
