"This bill is a first step toward reversing the damage that Obamacare has inflicted on the American health care system," Johnson said.Huh? So, we're reversing the damage of Obamacare by subsidizing it??? WTF?

Such a move would seek to protect the GOP from political peril in the 2016 elections when Democrats would try to blame the party for stripping subsidies And this is why the government will never get smaller. It will feed on the labor of it's citizens until it gets so fat it topples over.

The Senate's top five Republican leaders have cosponsored legislation to extend until 2017 the Obamacare insurance subsidies that may be struck down by the Supreme Court this summer. Correction:

It is hard to imagine a worse idea than extending illegal subsidies that harm our country and enable FedGov to compel those receiving the subsidies to buy insurance that they do not want. Those who vote for this are not on America’s side.

I hate these people (i.e., big government Republicans and Dims).
If McConnell wasn’t part and parcel of the Big Government UniParty, he would simple propose a bill that would restore the health care legislation in place prior to ObummerCare, then start making changes from there to limit federal intrusion into medicine.

Q. Why is watching the GOP Congress just like watching The Flintstones?
A. Because you see a cave every 26 seconds.
