Such a college already exists. It is called
College of the Ozarks. All of the students work in a job related to their field instead of paying tuition. Almost 100% of their graduates get multiple job offers.
And, as you might guess, they don't employ useless leftwing professors teaching __xyz___ Studies or other fluff courses.
