Over the years I have see many claims of people coming out of gay lifestyles through religious and psychological counseling coupled with healing prayer. True, backsliding also occurs, but the same thing can be said about virtually every form of therapy aimed at a psychological disorder.

There are countless examples of failures in drug and alcohol rehab, treatment of depression, marriage counseling, pedophilia, anger issues, and other disorders, yet those failures are never offered as evidence that the efforts at therapy were therefore misguided. .

I’ve also seen people suddenly decide they aren’t gay any more. 15 years...done. No particular reason anyone can tell.
