Remember Jeremiah True, the Reed College student who demanded that I use the n-word before he would consent to an interview? Well, he was arrested for harassment and sexual abuse.
BuzzFeed reports that True interrupted a high school girls rugby team practice last Thursday and the police had to intervene:
The Multnomah County Sheriffs Office confirmed on Friday that True was in jail and awaiting his arraignment later that afternoon. His booking information, in which his name is spelled incorrectly, is online.
According to an employee at Rugby Oregon, a youth rugby organization based in Portland, True was arrested for disrupting a high school girls rugby practice. He was restrained by a coach who called the police, the employee said.

Will anyone defend him now?
This is the first time I’ve ever heard of this guy but I am wondering how disrupting a girls rugby practice can constitute sexual abuse.
Exposing himself to the girls?

this guy has issues, lucky for everyone so far he has limited himself to verbiage and not acted on his strange hostile thoughts
True pled not guilty to charges that he groped two young women on a high-school Rugby team who were practicing in a Portland park; he remains in custody.
Yeah, it was pretty clear from the beginning that this guy’s story about getting kicked out of class for saying conservative things was nonsense - a jerk is a jerk is a jerk, and the fact that this guy happened to be saying “conservative” things while being a jerk doesn’t make him less of one.
I have never heard of the guy. An incident at a college girls rugby match seems barely a local event.
I hope you find a defender with whom to argue.
high school.
Uh, NO.
But I did hear Samuel L Jackson try to get an interviewer to say the n word. Struck me as a form of bullying.
Jeremiah Luther Josiah True — not Amish with a name like that?
Seems to me they would be a formidable opponent, even if they don’t have leather balls.
