A large international conference of Holocaust deniers recently took place in the heart of London, Britain's Daily Mail reported on Saturday.
"This is the biggest and most significant meeting of Holocaust deniers that Britain has ever seen. It is a very worrying development," the paper quoted Gerry Gable, an expert on the extreme Right who aided the news outlet's undercover investigation of the event, as saying.
The event was held under a veil of secrecy at London's Grosvenor Hotel in a room draped with the Union Flag.
A spokesman for the hotel said the room booking was made online and hotel staff were unaware of the nature of the meeting, according to the Daily Mail.
Nazi Pedro Varela, 57, was described by the paper as the star speaker of the event. According to the report, Varela was arrested in Austria in 1992 for praising Hitler, and on the dictator's centenary he declared to a supportive crowd in Madrid that, "There were never any gas chambers in Auschwitz."
"National Socialism offered a lot of solutions that were beneficial then and could be beneficial to modern-day society," the Mail quoted him as saying at the conference.
The paper also quoted him as referring to mixed-race children as "blackos" and describing gay parents as "making a monster family."

It can’t be all that secret, if there was a news article about it.
Also: it irritates me no end to see Nazism described as “far-right.” Socialism has never been an ideology of the right.
LOL exactly what I thought.
It’s a meeting of a bunch of tin foil hat conspiracy losers. It hardly seems noteworthy.
I’m surprised they haven’t realized yet the holocaust is on the list of things you are required to believe.
I’m a man-made climate change denier, does that count?
I don’t “believe” in the Holocaust. “Belief” is faith. I have evidence about the Holocaust so I know it happened. That is an act of reason.
Are you saying we should doubt the holocaust?
I think the “belief” part is just over the years we get lazy with language. you’re right about that. I think the deniers are talking about the scope and could it have happened on the scale as it is told now.
still, it bothers me that in a country where we supposedly “question authority”, we have a list of things,
the holocaust, federal reserve, 9/11, that we’re not supposed to question.
The modern Flat Earth Society.
Eisenhower was right in having the pictures and evidence of the holocaust preserved because he wisely realized that in the future there wold be those who, for their own nefarious reasons, would deny that it ever happened.
What is your point? There are many facts that I do not question because I know they are facts. Did World War II take place? It is a fact. Those who would question such are either childish or being petulant, willfully obtuse, possibly in an effort to attract attention.
You are drawing the wrong inference. It's not that they aren't to be questioned. It's that those who raise these questions are spouting kooky conspiracy theories. So if you start spouting the same theories you should expect to be treated like a kook too.
Yeah, you must feel real put upon by this requirement to believe in the Holocaust. I’d say for you it’s a little like being required to believe in gravity.
One, it’s not a secret. Two. Who cares. Let the conspiracy theorists wallow in their own stew.
Not same things. Federal Reserve - a triumph for the bankers after over 100 years of contentious politics over how currency should be issued, and by whom. And, a lot of secrecy in its operations. So, it’s still reasonable to ask questions about it. 9/11 has open questions too insofar at least how USA keeps admitting thousands and now millions of Muslims from every damned Krapistan on earth, also how President Bush covered up the Saudi Arabisn connection and even broke his own air traffic shutdown during the emergency response to let Saudis escape USA before they could be interrogated. So, there are some things reasonable people can ask about 9/11. As for the deliberate torture and murder of millions of innocent Jewish and other civilians in ww2, that’s a matter of history as documented both by the Allied forces and by the Nazis’ own meticulous records. Everything is a matter of the record and can be examined in the public archives and displays and records and museums and historical press reports in Europe, USA, and Israel — so there is no question about it. Denying it reveals either an amazing ignorance or a terrible bigotry. But denying it is like denying the United States was founded in 1776 ( Or 1789). Denial of facts does not change the facts. It merely indicates that the denier needs to learn what happened ( or work on his spirituality some). Best, fhc
There have been many holocausts, just in the 20th century. Among them were Rwanda, Cambodia, Mao, Stalin, Hitler, and Turkey. Hitler is attributed to have said that he was emboldened by the lack of response to the Armenian genocide. He, an NAZI Germany were responsible for over 12 million murders. Of course, in sheer brutality, he was a piker, compared to Stalin and Mao. But since they were communists, it's been covered up by the media. And I believe that within the next 25 years, so will the Nazi holocaust.

Funny, the actual gas chambers are STILL THERE IN PLAIN SIGHT. Meaning, these people attending this “secret meeting” have never visited the site, and therefore are deluded into believing the event never occurred.
And .. I wonder how many Muslims are attending this “secret meeting” .. and the very fact that it’s “secret” causes me to ask this question.
Target-rich environment.
