There was a time the University police would have shaken this hero’s hand and kicked the punks in the butt.
I am despondent and ashamed at what our nation has become. Completely ashamed.
It grieves me as well, and I pray that this once-great Nation will awaken and repent as when Jonah was sent to Nineveh, and they wept, prayed and repented (even going as far as even putting sackcloth on their animals as well as themselves in their show of grief for their wicked ways).
But Nineveh eventually went back to their wicked ways, and was destroyed.
Is it time to start flying our Nation’s Flag upside-down as a nationwide show of the fact that we are truly in distress?
