I knew General Chuck Krulak at Canoe U. Integrity says it all about the man. No doubt he acquired many such attributes from his father.

Oh, I wouldn’t worry about Gen. chuck Krulak’s dad: I am sure he learned most of his lessons about honor from “the Brute”. General Victor Krulak was known for his courage, his intellect, and his steadfast defense of the Marine Corps when our government tried their best to get rid of our troublesome service.

Gen Krulak senior was the real thing - ferocious when he needed to be but a superb Marine and leader.

Thanks for stopping by the Canteen!

I was an FDC NCOIC long ago, both at Battery and Battalion level.

175mm before we switched tubes to 8" in Bamberg, W. Germany, 105mm at Fort Lewis, Wa and 155mm SP in Butzbach, W. Germany.

Do you remember Freddy FADAC?

Thanks for your Service!
