[[Rubio Catches Kasie’s Eye: ‘Stood Out to Me the Most’]]

Gee, I hope that wasn’t on the Minnesota senate floor- he could go to prison for making direct eye contact

The attempt to jam Jeb down our throats augered in.

Now they're going to try the same with Rubio.

At this point I think Marco is going to take more votes from Jeb than from Ted, so I’m all for his candidacy. Split the RINO vote, and Ted can clean up in the debates.

2 Floridians fighting for the same votes, I think Cruz could get a lot of delegates there

The woman who does my nails has only once voted for someone who did not win the presidency and that was for Ross Perot. I told her that I figured with that exception, she just votes for whomever is the best looking. So Rubio would probably be her guy.

The only thing I can really add is this, regardless who we each individually support, let us not destroy any valid options should our guy (or gal) not get the nomination. Ive got some issues with each of the candidates. Rubio is a good example. Certainly there is an issue with his immigration stance, but it pains me to see conservatives seek to destroy him when he has the 4th highest conservative voting record in this country (among candidates 2nd only to Ted Cruz, and higher conservative voting record than Scott Walker...Mike Lee is 1st overall for the record).

The LAST thing we want is a Hillary victory, and although I would add that Jeb Bush would be the second to last thing we want, I have a 9 year old daughter and it seems to me that I would be jeopardizing her future to take the stance that some take in saying Id rather see Hillary win than a RINO who doesnt live up to their principles, because then people will really see the damage of Progressive-liberalism. To me thats just idiotic. I will advocate for the strongest conservative direction possible, but should Rubio be the one to take on Hillary, I wont spend the months leading up to that convincing people he would be a disaster because there are a few things I disagree with him on. No, four to eight years of Hillary would be the catastrophic choice.

The Ministry Of Propaganda will play up all the amnesty candidates and ignore or ridicule the others. The Cheap Labor Express has already paid the RNC for an amnesty candidate and is paying The Ministry Of Propaganda to ensure we have no choice but to vote for an amnesty candidate.

CRUZ TO VICTORY OR GET BUSHED !

Kasie Hunt. Isn’t she that Mean Girl reporter who asked Rick Perry if he was smart enough to be president? Very disrespectful! Social etiquette aside, I wish that Rick would sit this one out. He had his turn, and had it after a huge build up, a hugely positive first impression. Even the press was worried about his stridency and his swagger. Then Rick took a long stroll down the Boulevard of Open Buckets, stepping into each and every bucket of clumsy, dipsy behavior. I think if Rick had not made such a fantastic first impression, his fall would not have become so profound and so deep. Give it up Rick. You already had a great run as Governor.

B.S.

Obama, Hillary and Brian Williams can tell better whoppers. Obama doesn't even need a teleprompter to do that.

Thanks for that sensible answer.

I have great concern about some conservative voters who are seeking only a pure candidate. There is no one who is pure as the driven snow, and that includes Cruz and Walker [who happen to be at the top of my list].

One thing I am certain of - a Hillary Clinton presidency following the disastrous leftist administration of the current POTUS is an unthinkable result.

Remember Nixon had failures and then returned to win the Presidency. Perry has a great jobs record to run on. I’ve been impressed with what I’ve seen of his border security efforts.

Agreed. Personally Cruz and Walker are also at the top of my list, but as you note, they too have “compromised” at certain times, for various reasons. Overall I like Rubio, but still has some things to prove, and that is what the primary season is all about. His age is somewhat of a concern, and I believe his mis-steps in immigration are in part because of this, and a young’s mans burden of allowing ambition to override clarity at some points, but can we deny that he is not a solid force for moving this country in a more conservative direction? I can blame he, or any Republican for wanting to move up their time table for 2016, the opportunity is just too ripe for Republicans (similar to he opening Obama saw in 2008), but I honestly believe Rubio would be better served to mature a bit in the Senate for a while. But if he is the nominee, you can sure as hell bet I will be doing what I can to make sure he destroys the wicked witch of Chappaqua.
