The mother of alleged shooter Kenneth Morgan Stancil III told a local television station that the victim, Stancil's former boss at the school's print shop, had made unwanted sexual advances toward her son.
"We’re absolutely investigating that possibility," police Sergeant Jeremy Sutton told reporters at a news conference.

So, if (saying "if" here) what the mother is alleging is true, wouldn't Stancil have the right to reasonably expect that wouldn't have to put up with his boss putting the moves on him? Or is it just homosexuals who have ALL the rights anymore? Wouldn't sexual harassment be a mitigating circumstance for the defense....one would think so but these days.......
Lane didn't deserve to be murdered regardless...for the record.
How could it be a hate crime — to kill an out of control pervert?
Pretty clear cut if it’s true that Lane put the moves on him and fired him when Stancil got angry.

Of course, and if Stancil were a female who shot her male boss because unwanted sexual advances would it be investigated as a hate crime against males.

Mom needs to be quiet and not talk.
She is by no means helping her son’s case and the excuse that she is floating is no going be a viable defense.

There is NO VERSION of this where the sexual harassment victim is coming out on top.
He’s a male (evil), who refused the advances of a protected class (homophobe/breeder), and is daring to stand up against The Agenda (obvious teabagger).
The mother is old-school, and obviously thinks telling this will benefit her son. Hopefully the boy’s attorneys will get a hold of her and disabuse her of this.

The homosexual has joined into a coalition of Sodomites, blacks, Asians, Mexicans and non Christians for purposes of taking power and authority. Once in authority and wielding the power attendant thereto they will naturally seek to protect their own. This is merely an example of the future for the White, Christian American. Egalitarianism has its price: those in charge with an “agenda” make the rules.
A little more detail is that the boss put “aggressive and improper” moves on a guy who looks like a heavily tattooed neo-Nazi, and then fired him when he refused the sexual overtures.
The bosses former boyfriend apparently “went missing” last July, and his remains were later found, the police saying they did not suspect “foul play”, which means he likely committed suicide.
So this will be an interesting test case.
That is, will a jury convict someone of killing an aggressive and vindictive homosexual who tried to prey on him and then punished him?

That defense will not work as the shooter’s life and safety were not threatened.
