You want to make a big statement that Congress will hear.

So what do you do? You kill yourself on the capital steps while Congress is on recess?

Not only do the top 1% pay about 1/3rd of all taxes, a growing number of people on the bottom end not only don’t pay taxes, but they get earned income tax credits, that allow them to pocket other people’s money.

He hates the idea of the top earners getting a free ride because that would be ripping the system off, but he has no problem at all with the bottom end ripping the system off.
