Actually, Rubio is right. Iran is NEVER going to recognize Israel, and laying this condition down effectively kills the deal.

My argument has nothing to do with the content of the deal.
The Constitution provides for the Senate to approve all treaties. If its written up, signed, and it is between two countries….it is a treaty…not a deal. No matter what Obama says.
The right tact I my mind is to take it to the Supreme Court.
By voting, they are basically acknowledging that they no longer have the authority for review.
