I think all of us should “expect” not to get shot in the back 8 times when we are not an immediate threat to harm the officer or another citizen. Last time I looked simple evasion was not a capital crime.

As I said about the Tulsa incident, there's plenty of blame to go around from the old guy who shot the perp "by mistake" to the victim who apparently expected to resist arrest, run away and not have anything go wrong.

I don’t know what happened here, but I do know that it’s natural to struggle some when someone is hurting you. And those police are intentionally rough.
