Barbra Streisand may not be the brightest star in Hollywood.

In fact, sometimes you look into her eyes and get the feeling someone else is driving.

The starlet, who once compared President Obama to “kings” and “gods,” penned a March 30 commentary in the Huffington Post singing the praises of the president for “creating” so many jobs in the last five-and-a-half years.

The piece, titled, “Have you heard the good news?,” promptly heaps praise on Obama: “In the wake of the financial crisis, President Obama took the helm of a sinking economic ship and help to right it. The unemployment rate is now once again at pre-recession levels – the lowest in seven years (5.5%).”

LOL! More like a dim bulb. If you ever had the opportunity to read some of her rants when Bush was in office, you would know that she is off her meds big time. By the way, anybody know her stance (like it would even matter) on Israel?

First, someone needs to explain the labor force participation rate to babs. Then explain to her that it is far lower now than when bammy took office - indicating either someone is playing with the numbers to make the unemployment rate seem artificially low. (very, very likely) and/or it means many people in the obamaeconomy have just given up on finding real work.

Then someone can explain to babs how even if (and this is a huge if) you believe all the claims for job creation coming out of bammy's cohorts in crime - while that number is impressive it does not keep pace with population growth and the net growth in the workforce (even at the reduced labor force participation rate). Someone is obviously lying about the numbers or about 5 million people have slipped through the cracks.

Even those people "working" are not doing well. Thanks primarily to obamacare many young people (I know 5 twenty-somethings personally in this situation) are forced to work multiple (2 or even 3) part time jobs. Thanks to bammy-care they don't get enough hours at any one job so their employers don't have to provide benefits. Yet they *have to* have insurance or pay the penalty - an extra financial burden on them. Oh, and 'cause each one is working multiple jobs, they no-doubt get counted as employed people multiple times, artificially inflating the employment numbers.

The obama economy is a {expletive} disaster.

She’s lives in that cloud where she really has no concept of reality any longer. If she ever did. Seems like a lot of these assclowns forget where they came from. I know of one young immigrant from one of the Slavic countries here in town and he works two waiter jobs at the local casinos. But, he is doing it because he chooses to so that he can attain the American dream. Well, that and he says he wants to retire by the time he’s 40. He works hard and saves hard. So, it is still possible. If the drive is there.

Yet, she has no clue about millions and millions who are now out of the work force or working part-time menial jobs who have college degrees. Like a good socialist, she only looks at the BS numbers that come from DC.

She will never look further because it doesn't fit into her bleeding-heart agenda as she jets around and emits more carbon dioxide in her mansions than can be counted. Just another Hollywood elite who buys the propaganda numbers from Obambi. She is an *ss and always has been.
