Federal judge refuses appeal to let deportation halt continue, relying on Obama’s own words
President Obama’s new deportation amnesty will remain halted, a federal judge in Texas ruled Tuesday night in an order that also delivered a judicial spanking to the president’s lawyers for misleading the court.
Judge Andrew S. Hanen, who first halted the amnesty in February, just two days before it was to take effect, said he’s even more convinced of his decision now, particularly after Mr. Obama earlier this year said he intends for his policies to supersede federal laws.
Judge Hanen pointed to Mr. Obama’s comments at a February town hall when the president warned immigration agents to adhere to his policies or else face “consequences.”

I’ve been waiting for this ruling; now if the 5th circuit upholds this ruling on the 17th Obama is blocked for long time.

I hope you are right about that. But he doesn’t seem to pay much attention to any form of constraint against his power. He does what he wants and the congress stands by and watches him.

Before Brown v Topeka Board of Ed 1954, long before, before the Civil War, the President & Congress did most of the interpretation of the Constitution. Nixon could have refused to enforce Roe & Doe 1973, but he agreed with them. Obama still has terrible power to destroy this country and punish innocent people for things neither they nor their ancestors did, because of the Content of their Color.
Misleading? How about lying to him. If we had an independent press here, long ago they would have been running O and his mouth pieces up a pole for lying. In fact, it is almost laughable when they actually make a mostly true statement.

Let's understand this latest deceit......ding-a-ling Obama is taking his America hatred to new heights. He is clearly in collusion w/ Third World hellholes .....and he is financing and facilitating the overthrow of the US govt.
Booboama's cockamamie executive orders would spare from deportation as many as 5 million people who are in the U.S. illegally......plus he's importing them over the border from 144 antediluvian countries, at last count. These are Third World invaders....pressure groups sucking off the backs of struggling US taxpayers.
Let's call it what it is......an invasion of foreigners seeking to over throw the US govt. The ding-a-ling in the WH respects no laws---he considers our laws to be a plot by evil white men to suppress "people of pallor"...and he is heel-bent on decimating every vestige of this " evil."

Yes, the question has to be asked what would happen if Obama just ignores the Judge and orders that ICE continue as the Emperor has ordered? Obama will only stop when the government employees refuse to carry out the edicts and start removing the political functionaries seeded throughout the agencies.
They are still lawyers simply because it would take the action of OTHER lawyers to disbar them, and that ain’t gonna happen.
