I hope you are right about that. But he doesn’t seem to pay much attention to any form of constraint against his power. He does what he wants and the congress stands by and watches him.

Wasn't it Andrew Jackson who inquired as to how many troops the Court had to enforce its rulings? Obama will act the same way, although he'll obfuscate the situation--he'll say it in a more convoluted fashion.
