WICHITA, Kansas – Voters in Wichita went to the polls on Tuesday and approved easing penalties for possessing small amounts of marijuana. The final results came in at 9:15 p.m.

I think they mean 'civil infraction'.

Sue the city for what?

How has this AG been injured to an extent that would grant him standing to sue the city?

What remedy could the city provide to make him whole?

Seems like a bit of a zealot.

Perhaps he should be replaced.
