your alleged actions were the cause root of disruption of the University community and the creation of a hostile environment for members of the University staff”
The only mention of a “hostile environment” is within the context of sexual harassment.
Disruptive Behavior is defined as “Substantial disruption of University operations including obstruction of teaching, research, administration, other University activities, and/or other authorized non-University activities which occur on campus...”
Was administration disrupted? Or are administrators uncomfortable with exposure of their own behavior?

Interim Suspension may be imposed on a student only: 1) to insure the safety and wellbeing of members of the University community or preservation of University property; 2) to ensure the students own physical or emotional safety and well-being; or, 3) if the student poses an ongoing threat of disruption of, or interference with, the normal operations of the University.
How, precisely, have operations been disrupted, if at all. Drawing attention to administrators’ bad conduct should reflect on the administrators rather than the whistle blower.
majeste was obviously lesed
If disrupting the University’s support of ISIS is “Disruptive Behavior” according to that definition, it is an admission that the University officially supports ISIS.
This should be enough to get them shut down, in a sane world.
First let the word get out that they welcome ISIS and let their student population become 99% Arab, and THEN shut them down after getting the names of their enrollees.
