Wow, truly ridiculous, you think that a tribe that doesn’t have a written language, doesn’t have marriage laws that dictate what is a legal marriage?
Sure it does. But there’s no “license” to speak of. If a married couple from that tribe were to pack up and move to a country like the U.S., they have no evidence that they are married.
