An email obtained by The Associated Press shows that Virginia Gov. Terry McAuliffe's office rebuffed interview requests with a federal agent investigating the U.S. government's investor-visa program.
The Department of Homeland Security's Office of Inspector General twice asked McAuliffe for an interview in the summer of 2014 but said in a recent report that the efforts were "unsuccessful."
McAuliffe spokesman Brian Coy told The AP the governor was too busy "running the commonwealth" to sit down with investigators but offered to provide any specific information agents needed.

Having been at the heart of several Federal witch hunts in which pubbies got charged with procedural crimes; he at least understands that you can’t be charged with deceiving a Federal Agent if you won’t talk to them. We all know the press wouldn’t stand for this for a second if there were an R not a D behind his name.

The last time I checked:
a) The DHS is an arm of the executive branch of the federal government.
b) The LAW of the land in this country is the United States Constitution.
c) The executive branch is subject to the law of the land.
d) The 14th Amendment is a duly adopted part of the United States Constitution.
e) The 14th Amendment guarantees equal protection under the law to all U.S. citizens.
f) The DHS doling out "special treatment" is wholly inconsistent with "equal protection".
Therefore, a most basic LAW of our land was broken.
Terry McAuliffe is a vile, criminal, pig, thug, a--hole piece of human garbage and it is simply not possible to despise him to the degree he deserves to be despised.
It was RINOs in Virginia that stabbed Cuccinelli in the back because it would mean they lost their control of the Republican party. They would prefer McAuliffe than a conservative.
The RINOs have cost the Republicans more seats than the democrats and media - Palin, Angle, Cuccinelli, O’Donnell, etc., etc.
NOVA outvoting ROVA* has gotten us Clinton’s Bag Man as Gov., and Sens. TIMMY! and Marky Warner.
Clinton’s Bag Man belongs in prison, not in the Gov’s mansion. This criminal trading of visas is just the latest, he made millions off Global Crossing and his failed electric car venture while others lost millions.
