Finally, the museum has an almost exact replica of Teddys Senate office and private restroom ...
there would be no bum kissing without bum kissers
Preach it, Howie!
Howie should tell us how he really feels about the “lyin” of the senate.
How delightfully disrespectful!
I love Howie for keepin’ H8 alive.
I can just imagine a child coming back from a school field trip and asking his parents “ what’s a waitress sandwich?”
I wish his treason in 1983 working with the Soviet Kremlin to oppose Ronald Reagan was more widely known.
Let’s also remember his words in 1986 for support of Simpson-Mazzoli “We’ll never ask the American people for another amnesty”. Liar.
Some day I hope the travesty of him being in Arlington can be rectified. He disgraces that hallowed ground.
During the 1980s Bork confirmation hearings, I was on a train trip through Washington DC and had a several hour layover. I got a pass and walked into the Senate. Kennedy was reading a diatribe against the confirmation of Bork. I could have spat right upon him.
I love Howie.
Ted Kennedy was an a-hole as soon as the door closed. I met him on trips to DC a couple of times in the early 90’s. All glad handing and a real “chap.” The office door closes and he was uninformed, distracted, and looked everywhere but in your eye.
I guess if I had a blonde with me, and $10,000 bill wrapped around a tumbler filled with 18 year old scotch he would have remembered my name.
I never wish anyone dead. But I wasn’t really disappointed when he passed.
Why are so many Americans so infatuated with so-called royalty? The Declaration of Independence so eloquently stated that which seems to have fallen on so many deaf ears: ALL men are created EQUAL. Unambiguous in its meaning but still viewed as a theory instead of a practice. It’s astounding that some of the most flawed human beings in the world become god-like and treated like royalty after attaining high political offices.
I wonder if the 68 Olds will be on display...
The loathsome, shameless, and venal creature plopped his fat @$$ in a Senate chair for 46 years, and did more to destroy America than any other Congress-critter in history. That $43M in taxpayer money paid for this garish and monstrous tribute to immorality, corruption, and criminality is the most galling fact. P!$$ on The Hero of Chappaquiddick and the entire rotten Kennedy clan.
[Is that too much sugar coating?]
