The pilot’s associations, etc., need to make it VERY clear to the younger aspiring pilots that if they have any ongoing depressive, psychotic, etc., issues THEY SHOULD START THINKING ABOUT LOOKING FOR SOME OTHER KIND OF WORK!
....and, if they are islamic converts they are out the door immediatley
